VerifyKit provides one-time passcode delivery and verification. It is not a marketing, campaign or bulk messaging platform.
You may only send codes to recipients who have actively initiated a verification step in your own application. Sending unsolicited messages, harvesting numbers, re-selling access or attempting to circumvent quotas or provider rules is prohibited and results in immediate suspension.
You are responsible for protecting your API keys. Keys must be used server-side. Any request signed with your key is treated as authorised by you. Compromised keys should be revoked immediately from your dashboard.
Requests are subject to per-IP, per-key and per-account limits. Exceeding them returns HTTP 429. Limits may be adjusted to protect service integrity.
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable effort basis. Delivery ultimately depends on the SMTP and SMS providers you configure and on recipient carriers.
Accounts showing abnormal failure rates, abuse reports or prohibited use may be suspended without notice pending review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding month.
These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Contact badshahkumarmahto21@gmail.com with any questions.
